The house is free on four sides and on two levels.

From the small appurtenant garden you can access via an independent entrance to the first bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a spa complete with a hydromassage tub, sauna and relaxation area

From the entrance you can also access the boiler room consisting of a biomass boiler connected to the radiators and which also produces hot water.

From the private courtyard above, a staircase leads to the entrance of the upper floor, directly accessing the equipped kitchen with induction hob, which leads to the living room with exposed stone fireplace and dining area.

Also on the upper floor there are two other bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.

The house was built in 1900 and the complete renovation was carried out in 2022.
